On her way home from my house, the idealORDER representative stopped at a used office supply store and found exactly the right filing cabinet that I needed. She called me to come and look at it, then helped me take it home! It is perfect for what I needed and it was a chore getting it inside, but she helped me all the way.  (By the way – she also helped me in my cubicle at work, listened to me as I described what I needed and walked me through ideas to help me achieve my goals.  She went out of her way to come to my office at a time that was convenient for me.)
